We are an independent bakery that focuses on producing vegetarian products.

Cakes - vegetarian (some vegan)
Breads - vegetarian and vegan (except cheese breads)
Pasties - some are vegetarian and vegan, meat pasties are in a separate hot cabinet
Sandwiches - some are vegetarian and vegan, meat sandwiches are clearly separated

We produce most of our products from scratch by hand, meaning that we have no need to use lots of chemicals and additives in our products. 

We ensure that our products are fresh, they aren't shipped in every week from some factory, but this does mean that we don't always have all of our products available at all times, and we do run out!!!!!!
